The Mentor Network will leverage the core values of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College to provide mentorship opportunities that promote personal growth, leadership, and community engagement.

The eMentor Model
The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (SMWC) eMentoring program connects student-athletes with mentors from diverse backgrounds for virtual and in-person guidance, requiring a minimum of 2 hours per month to support career goals and personal growth. Mentors and mentees are matched based on shared interests and aspirations, engaging weekly through a secure platform and encouraged to meet in person annually to strengthen their relationship.
